Welcome to Without Walls Counselling
Counselling without the clinical feel
At Without Walls Counselling I use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to therapy. Each person is unique, so I employ integrative approaches involving evidence-based interventions and animal-assisted therapy to support trauma recovery.
I work with a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, with a focus on creating safe, non-traditional therapeutic environments that don’t feel clinical.

Therapy is not about fixing oneself, but learning to hold space for ourself with compassion.
Our Service
Trauma Therapy with Animal-Assisted Support
Integrating Animal-Assisted Therapy into my trauma therapy practice helps create a calming, supportive environment. My therapy dog, Ruben, offers a gentle, grounding presence that supports nervous system regulation and emotional safety—especially during difficult trauma work.
I take a collaborative, creative approach to trauma counselling, drawing on modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. Sessions may include sensory tools or creative expression to help you feel at ease and engaged.
I work with individuals at any stage of their trauma recovery journey, offering flexible, person-centred support to build insight, empowerment, and connection in a space that feels safe and validating.
